SHIPPING POLICY
We provide same-day and next-day delivery at Emerge Beauty Supply. To be eligible for same-day delivery, orders must be received by 11:00 a.m. on the day of delivery. If you want same-day delivery outside of these hours, you'll have to pay an extra $5. All delivery trips depart at 9:30 a.m and deliveries end at 4:00 p.m each day. The delivery price is determined by the parish in which you live; delivery rates will be provided at check out. You can also view our rates here.

During our regular business hours, we offer local pick-up and you are welcome to pick up your order if you do not wish to use our delivery service. Please wait for notification before attempting to pick up. Pick-up will require the order confirmation and order ID. Additionally, we have two pick-up locations, one in St. George and one in St. James; however, you cannot pick up at a random location. You must check to see which locations are open for store pick-up on the day you want to pick up your order; this information will be available on the check out page. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 48 hours for an exchange or a full refund. Please keep in mind that in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund, your product/item must be both undamaged and unopened.
Our return policy is a bit different for all of our hair extensions. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for our hair extensions. If you have a problem with any hair extensions you've ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase and we'll do everything we can to make sure you, our customer, is completely satisfied.
